Agreement By booking a session with Marissa D Photography, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

Booking & Payment A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. This retainer goes toward your total session fee. Your date is not held until the retainer is received. Remaining balances are due on or before the day of your session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens — we get it. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice and we will do our best to find a new date that works. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the retainer. In the event that Marissa D Photography needs to cancel due to illness or emergency, you will receive a full refund of any payments made or the option to reschedule.

Weather Outdoor sessions are subject to weather. If conditions are unsafe or unfavorable, we will work together to reschedule at no additional cost.

Delivery of Images Your edited gallery will be delivered within 4–6 weeks of your session date. Wedding galleries may take longer — your specific timeline will be communicated at booking. Sneak peeks for eligible packages will be delivered within 72 hours.

Image Usage Marissa D Photography retains the right to use session images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless a written request is made prior to the session. Clients may not apply filters, heavy edits, or alterations to delivered images that significantly change their appearance.

Travel Travel within Southern Nevada and Southern Utah is included in all session and wedding package pricing. Travel outside of these areas is available upon request and will be quoted separately.

Limitation of Liability In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, Marissa D Photography's liability is limited to a refund of payments received. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
